About
Our group focuses on researching and analyzing the existing legal framework, as well as conducting legal risk assessments and developing strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, all related to the application of artificial intelligence.
Team Leads
Tijana Nikolić is team leader for artificial intelligence at Sogeti, in the Netherlands. Specialized in the technical implementation of ethical principles and laws. Worked on the development of products and algorithms with a strong emphasis on privacy, quality, ethics, and sustainability. One example is the use of masking and anonymization methods, as well as generative algorithms to facilitate GDPR guidelines. Another example is the development of guidelines for implementing AI algorithms under the Aaktae guidelines for AI of the European Union.
Zoran Naumović is the founder of the Law Office Naumović & Partners. He specializes in corporate and IT law and has been involved in ICT law since 1996. He has been a member of the Serbian Bar Association since 1995, INTA (International Trademark Association) since 2000, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia since 2003. He has been involved in ICT law for a long time, and his professional career spans the triangle of Corporate Law – IT Law – IP Law. He is an authorized representative before the Intellectual Property Office as well as before the European Patent Office, which, combined with his knowledge of corporate law, allows him to comprehensively engage with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
