Our group aims to bring together members of our AI community and enable them to participate in advanced research projects in the field of deep learning. We focus on subdomains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, offering members a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences. Our mission is to encourage progress and personal development for all interested parties, regardless of their previous experience, through collaborative research.

Team Lead

Igor Tica is a research scientist specializing in deep learning, particularly in the field of computer vision, with five years of experience in developing systems based on advanced AI approaches. His goals within the association include promoting research projects, developing the AI community, and encouraging continuous education of members.

Achievements

• Collection of research papers from our scientists in the field of artificial intelligence.
• Launching SrbAI – a project to collect algorithms and models for processing the Serbian language into a unified Python library. Link

• Organizing regular monthly webinars and workshops where members can familiarize themselves with the latest achievements and methods in deep learning, with a special focus on computer vision and natural language processing.
• Developing mentorship and support for members who want to start their own projects, including access to resources and advice from experienced researchers.
• Training LLMs and Vision-Language models specifically for solving problems in the Serbian language, including evaluating their effectiveness and application in real-world conditions.
• Research in the field of representation learning (Self-supervised learning) for computer vision models.
