Community department
Department’s mission is to drive community engagement. Key focus areas are AI Minds (Serbian AI Society members) and working groups.
Key responsibilities:
- AI Minds onboarding
- Hosting internal meetings for all members
- Create and maintain engagement plan
- Maintaining information about AI Minds
- Collaboration with other internal departments on organizational goals
- Collaboration with working groups
- Collecting feedback from AI Minds
- Report to Core team and Executive board
Ecosystem department
Department’s mission is to explore and maintain connections with key institutions. Key focus areas are collaboration with local ecosystem representatives (universities, institutes, NGOs).
Key responsibilities:
- Following activities within local ecosystem
- Creating collaboration opportunities with rest of ecosystem
- Contribute to mapping and updating of Serbian AI Ecosystem landscape
- Exploring connection opportunities with other Ecosystems
- Collaboration with other internal departments on organizational goals
- Reports to Core team and Executive board
Brand and Communications department
Department’s mission is to to maintain organizational brand and spread organizational mission, key activities and achievement with the outside world. Key focus areas are maintaining the successful brand image of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop Serbian AI Society brand
- Maintain organizational social media channels
- Prepare content copy and organizational press releases
- Hosting external events
- Collaboration with other internal departments on organizational goals
- Report to Core team and Executive board
Operations department
Department’s mission is to ensure efficient execution of all activities within the organization. Key focus areas are internal processes and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate implementation of annual Action plan
- Map, adapt and improve organizational processes
- Creating collaborative remote environment
- Maintain and improve organizational website
- Collaboration with other internal departments on organizational goals
- Report to Core team and Executive board
